About Us
Southbank Family Health, a division of Southbank Medical Centre, was founded in 1994 by three family physicians with a passion to provide patient care rooted in respect and empathy.
Over twenty-five years later, we’re proud to be home to over ten family physicians and specialists who still hold these values and deeply care about their patients’ well-being. We’re also proud to be the medical centre of choice for thousands of Ottawa South community members.

PharmaChoice Hunt Club is located next door to our clinic and has been serving the customers of Ottawa South for over 25 years.
Compounding of special meds is done on site, prescriptions can be faxed directly to the pharmacy.
3rd party medicals/insurance forms including, sick notes, school camp forms, drivers medical exams, disability forms.
